About ATLAS

THE ATLAS DIFFERENCE

Three pillars that guide my work: clinically grounded care, discreet support, and optional faith integration—never assumed.

Atlas delivers clinically grounded, evidence-based therapy. We focus on nervous-system regulation, relational patterns, and sustainable change for high-pressure lives—practical, paced, and built for lasting steadiness

Clinically grounded care

Discreet support for high-responsibility roles

Care at Atlas is designed for individuals in demanding environments. It is private, thoughtful, and paced to respect confidentiality and complexity. Here, you are not expected to manage, perform, or hold everything together—you are invited to slow down and be fully human.

For clients who wish, Christian faith can be thoughtfully integrated into therapy as part of your inner life. Faith is never assumed, imposed, or used to bypass emotional or psychological work. It is honored with care, clinical wisdom, and respect—integrated only at the client’s invitation.

fAITH INTEGRATION, WHEN DESIRED

If you’re ready for a private, clinically grounded space to set things down, take the next step.

I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of Atlas Wellness Firm, a practice created for high-performance individuals who quietly carry a lot on their shoulders. In my work with physicians, executives, attorneys, and entrepreneurs, I often hear the same story: life looks “together” on the outside, while the pressure and private strain can feel exhausting on the inside.

Many of the people I meet hesitate to reach out. They worry therapy will make them look weak—or that they “should be able to handle it.” Over time, that pressure compounds, and what once felt manageable begins to cost more than it should. I’ve seen—personally and professionally—how therapy can help capable people breathe again, regain clarity, and stop carrying everything alone.

Atlas Wellness Firm was born out of that tension—and that hope.

I also recognize that for many high-performing professionals, Christian faith is an important part of their story, even when it doesn’t feel safe to talk about in their everyday environments. Some aren’t sure how to reconcile their beliefs with their pace of life, their success, or their struggles. Others simply want space to bring faith practices and spiritual questions into the room without feeling judged, preached at, or misunderstood.

At Atlas, you are welcome to bring that part of your life into the conversation—honestly and at your own pace. For clients who desire it, I can thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into our work while still using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This may look like exploring how your beliefs shape identity, decisions, and relationships, or making room for questions, doubts, and hopes you do not feel free to voice elsewhere.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in clinical excellence and deep respect for your humanity. Here, you don’t have to perform, minimize what you’re carrying, or have all the right words. You’ll find a private, non-judgmental space to set things down, make sense of your story, and build a way of living that honors your mental health—and, if you choose, your walk with God.

If you’re used to carrying a lot, I invite you to take the next step. You don’t have to perform here.
