Frequently Asked Questions

Why is Atlas private pay?

Atlas is a private-pay practice by design. This model protects privacy, allows for a more customized level of care, and preserves the clinical space from third-party requirements. Without insurance involvement, we can focus on what you actually need—not what a plan will authorize—while offering a discreet, high-touch experience for high-performing individuals.

Do you accept insurance?

Atlas does not participate with insurance plans. Insurance often requires a diagnosis and ongoing documentation that becomes part of your insurance record. Private pay keeps your care more confidential and clinically tailored.

What makes you different?

Unlike coaching, Atlas provides clinical therapy with a licensed clinician. We work with the deeper roots beneath performance and pressure, with space to include faith when it’s meaningful to you.

What are your rates?

Session fees are listed in the Services section. If you’re unsure what level of support is appropriate, we’ll discuss options based on your goals and schedule.

How do I get started?

Use the contact form here to request a consultation. You’ll receive next-step details, availability, and a brief intake to ensure the right fit.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Virtual sessions are available for clients located in New Jersey at the time of the appointment, in accordance with licensing requirements. If you travel or split time between states, we can discuss options during your consultation.
